Job Description

Advanced Sentry LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support remote marketing activities that connect campaigns with on-the-ground field execution. This role partners with internal teams to coordinate logistics, maintain marketing operations, and help ensure marketing efforts run smoothly from planning through reporting.

Based remotely near the Austin, TX Cloudflare hub preferred, the coordinator will support field marketing events and traditional marketing campaigns, including event coordination, asset management, and performance tracking.

Role Summary

  • Support field marketing events and traditional marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate logistics for Cloudflare hosted events
  • Manage marketing calendars and marketing assets
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing field marketing events and traditional marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate logistics for Cloudflare hosted events, working closely with the Demand Gen lead and sales teams
  • Manage marketing calendars, ensuring deadlines are met, including support for registration page creation, giveaway shipping, and campaign creation
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Maintain marketing assets and collateral libraries
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for creative production and ensure brand consistency across channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably in tech or B2B
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Canva, and Google Analytics
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Location: Remote (Near to Austin, TX Cloudflare hub preferred)

Compensation

  • Salary: USD 45 - 63 per hour
