Job Description

Onsite in North Powder, OR, Beef Northwest Feeders LLC seeks a Marketing Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute a broad range of marketing and communications initiatives across Beef NW and affiliates.

Responsibilities

  • Produce a biannual internal newsletter
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple channels
  • Create and curate engaging content including images, videos, infographics, and coverage of philanthropic events tailored to each platform audience
  • Manage social media engagement by responding to comments and messages
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing metrics to inform data‑driven decisions
  • Monitor marketing and industry trends and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain and update the company website to reflect current information, services, events, and messaging
  • Collaborate with website developers and designers to optimize site functionality
  • Create and refresh website content; establish priorities for site content
  • Implement a website audit process to trigger updates and refreshes
  • Plan, execute, and monitor online advertising campaigns across platforms
  • Conduct keyword research to improve performance
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and inform future campaigns
  • Stay current with digital advertising trends and emerging platforms
  • Design and develop messaging for digital and printed collateral distributed across channels
  • Develop and manage POS materials, branded brochures, branded one-sheeters, and tradeshow assets
  • Prepare pitch decks
  • Capture product photography and other graphics for marketing materials
  • Order and maintain swag inventory; assist team members with access when needed

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field; agricultural or food industry experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and digital advertising platforms (eg, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and basic photography/video editing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail
  • Collaborative, self-starter mindset with comfort working across departments and with a range of stakeholders
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed
