Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
This role supports Renewing Management’s multi-family property portfolio by planning, executing, and maintaining marketing initiatives across digital and print channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns in collaboration with operations and property teams for multi-family properties.
- Design and manage digital and print marketing materials, including websites, social media content, email campaigns, floor plans, site maps, signage, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Own marketing projects from concept through completion, including vendor management, production oversight, budgeting, quality control, and deadline tracking.
- Manage social media platforms and content calendars to support timely, engaging, and brand-compliant communications.
- Create and maintain property-specific branding to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support on-site teams with training, marketing resources, and best practices for consistent rollout of company marketing initiatives.
- Assist with resident engagement, community outreach, reputation management, and special events that increase brand awareness and community visibility.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable advertising standards.
- Support Google Business management and SEO optimizations.
- Evaluate paid advertising, source new advertising opportunities, and perform cost analysis for each option.
- Assist operations with onboarding new paid advertising, including ensuring syndication works between their platform and Renewing Management’s platform for real-time availability and property data.
- Maintain property websites by conducting ongoing reviews, updates, and improvements to enhance the experience for current and prospective residents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging marketing content for different audiences and platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar software.
- Experience coordinating with vendors: obtaining quotes, negotiating pricing, and overseeing production from concept through completion.
- Attention to detail, strong organization, and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
