Job Description

My People Community Services is hiring a Marketing Coordinator in East Hartford, CT (onsite) for a full-time role with a salary range of $43,197.13 to $50,000.00 per year. If you enjoy building campaigns end to end, connecting with audiences through content and social, and using data to improve results, this position brings those responsibilities together in one focused marketing role.

What You’ll Do

You will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services, using market research to identify target audiences and evaluate market trends. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, bringing together content, channels, and timing to support business goals.

  • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools

  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
  • Coordinate and attend marketing events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, and analytics
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
  • Proficiency in product management tools and platforms
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HTML5 is a plus
