Job Description

On site in Sunrise, Florida, this Marketing Communications Manager role offers a competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000 and clear opportunities for financial and career growth within a fast-moving, high-visibility SaaS company. You will lead multi-channel marketing communications to accelerate demand, elevate brand presence, and support pipeline growth, with direct ownership of Chai, Chetu’s mascot, to ensure brand-safe use across campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and coordinate marketing communications across digital, social, PR, email, events, and internal communications
  • Maintain consistent messaging, tone, and brand alignment across assets, channels, and campaigns
  • Manage communication calendars, approvals, timelines, and version control
  • Own and govern the use of Chai, ensuring approved, consistent, and brand-safe application
  • Enforce brand guidelines across creative, content, and campaign assets
  • Support demand generation by aligning messaging with PPC, SEO, Content, Email, and Sales teams
  • Ensure communications support pipeline goals, vertical strategies, and sales enablement needs
  • Manage press releases, media coordination, and thought leadership placements
  • Support events, tradeshows, webinars, and partnerships with aligned messaging and collateral
  • Coordinate pre- and post-event communications to maximize reach and impact
  • Track and report engagement, visibility, and campaign performance metrics
  • Translate performance insights into actionable improvements that drive growth

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand, or Integrated Marketing within a B2B technology, software, or digital services environment
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel communication strategies across PR, social, email marketing, events, and digital campaigns
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience, including campaign execution, workflows, email marketing, and reporting
  • Strong experience enforcing brand guidelines and governance processes
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Content, PPC, SEO, Sales, Events, and Leadership teams
  • Background in PR, media outreach, thought leadership, and analyst relations
  • Experience supporting marketing communications for events, tradeshows, webinars, and partnerships
  • Proven ability to manage communication calendars, asset delivery, and approvals in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable operating in KPI-driven environments with accountability and regular reporting
