Integrated Marketing Campaign Coordinator

The position pays hourly in the range of $24 to $30, and may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units as part of the total compensation package.

Responsibilities
- Keep and update the direct-to-consumer marketing calendar, tracking launch timelines and milestone progress for campaigns on Funko.com and Loungefly.com
- Coordinate deliverables, schedules, and asset tracking in Asana to provide stakeholders with clear visibility of campaign status
- Collaborate with the creative team to submit briefs, monitor deliverables, and ensure assets arrive on schedule for launches
- Create and maintain workback schedules and sign-off timelines with key stakeholders to support smooth execution
- Distribute campaign assets to internal teams and channel partners, applying correct naming conventions, UTMs, and tracking tags per established protocols
- Assemble licensor submissions by collecting final assets and required documents, submitting 2 to 3 weeks before launches
- Assist in launch readiness, ensuring all materials, approvals, and assets are finalized prior to go-live
- Support cross-channel campaign execution by distributing assets, messaging, and documentation to acquisition, retention, and site teams
- Liaise on Funko Flagship Store marketing material requests and ad hoc campaign needs, aligning them with broader direct-to-consumer initiatives
- Monitor campaign progress and proactively communicate timeline updates, risks, or asset needs to the Integrated Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple timelines and deliverables
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable, delivering tasks accurately and on time
- Self-starter who can prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and collaborate to resolve challenges
- Experience using Asana to track deliverables, timelines, and campaign workflows
- Strong cross-functional communication skills for coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with licensors or navigating multi-layer approvals is a plus
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Past design or creative experience preferred, or demonstrated interest in developing a creative eye for marketing assets
- Familiarity with marketing campaign execution, creative production, or marketing operations is a plus
- Background in marketing, communications, project management, or production coordination preferred
- Interest in pop culture, entertainment, and fandom-driven brands is a plus
