Job Description

Mcbride Custom Homes, a luxury residential construction and estate services firm in Petoskey, Michigan, seeks a strategic leader to serve as Head of Marketing and Strategy. This onsite role guides the marketing vision, drives multichannel campaigns, and leverages data-driven growth on the ground. The position offers a starting salary of $90,000 per year, a comprehensive benefits package, and a collaborative, performance-focused culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, emphasizing multichannel campaigns across digital, print, social and advertising sales.
  • Lead the creation and management of high-impact campaigns using SEO, content marketing, email marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing tactics.
  • Oversee content development across platforms with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, and copywriting to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Administer marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to monitor performance, optimize ROI, and generate actionable insights.
  • Coordinate product management initiatives to align marketing with launches, updates, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Lead research efforts to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee budgeting for all marketing activities to allocate resources efficiently while maximizing impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Required)
  • 5 years of marketing leadership experience (Required)
  • 5 years of digital marketing experience (Required)
  • 3 years of marketing analytics experience (Required)
