Graphic Design & Marketing Operations Lead

Rothberg Dubrow Commercial Real Estate is seeking a Graphic Design and Marketing Operations Lead to coordinate creative output and marketing workflows in support of brokerage activity. This onsite position in Philadelphia blends design leadership across print and digital collateral with hands-on management of social media, digital campaigns, and external partners to maintain brand consistency and efficient operations.

• Compensation: USD 28 - 29 per hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation, production, and upkeep of print and digital marketing collateral such as brochures, offering memorandums, pitch decks, floorplans, signage, and branded assets
• Shape and implement the company’s social media plan across platforms, handling content creation, posting schedules, analytics review, and continuous optimization to boost engagement and brand growth
• Direct digital marketing efforts, such as updating the WordPress website, maintaining listings on CoStar, Crexi, Bright MLS, CBC, and running email campaigns via Constant Contact and Reply.io
• Create marketing copy across channels, covering property descriptions, emails, social posts, and blog articles that spotlight transactions and market insights
• Keep internal marketing systems and databases organized, such as Dropbox, listing trackers, and transaction records, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval
• Liaise with external vendors—photographers, videographers, printers, signage fabricators—to manage projects from concept to completion
• Direct the design, production, and installation of property signage to boost visibility and leasing
• Perform market and tenant research to support leasing strategies and identify potential tenants for available properties
• Support team operations by preparing marketing materials, updating listings, and helping improve workflow efficiency
