Job Description

The Marketing Lead Graphic Design role at Alfred Williams & Company supports business development, brand awareness, and client engagement through graphic design, marketing collateral, and digital content. The position coordinates events and showroom experiences across South Carolina and reports to the Director of Marketing.

Role Summary

The Marketing & Graphic Designer develops proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, and digital content to strengthen client engagement and support market growth. This role also helps coordinate events and showroom experiences throughout South Carolina, with regular in-person responsibilities tied to the local showrooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create proposals, presentations, sales tools, and other marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate and execute co-branded events with MillerKnoll and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies, create engaging content, and increase brand awareness.
  • Enhance the client experience and partner engagement within company showrooms.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints by ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
  • Support Market Leadership in developing and executing marketing strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Partner with Market Leadership to plan and execute internal events that foster employee engagement and strengthen company culture.

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Interior Design is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with familiarity with light graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva.
  • Familiarity with interactive content platforms such as Ceros is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset for developing creative ideas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing engaging, brand-aligned marketing assets.
  • Experience executing events and brand initiatives, including client-facing and educational programs.

Reporting and Travel
