Job Description

KEO Marketing Inc is hiring a full-time Fractional CMO to shape and deliver marketing strategy for multiple B2B clients. This remote role supports 3–4 clients at a time, with a dedicated team of specialists focused on content, digital, automation, and analytics. You will report to the Platform CEO and receive founder training and mentorship as you help guide client outcomes.

In this position, you balance high-level direction with practical execution, serving as the marketing executive voice in client leadership conversations while building measurable improvements across pipeline, leads, and ROI.

What you’ll do

  • Set marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for each client, aligned to their revenue goals
  • Act as the C-level marketing voice in client leadership meetings
  • Direct KEO Marketing specialists across content, digital, automation, and analytics
  • Establish a consistent operating cadence: weekly priorities, monthly reviews, and quarterly resets
  • Track pipeline, leads, and ROI, using data and AI to improve performance
  • Lead marketing audits and develop proposals for new clients

What you bring

  • 10+ years of senior B2B marketing leadership (CMO, VP of Marketing, or similar)
  • A demonstrated history of results in pipeline and revenue that you can explain in detail
  • Experience managing multiple clients, brands, or business units concurrently
  • Hands-on knowledge of demand generation, account-based marketing, digital advertising, content, and SEO
  • Comfort using a CRM and marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and working with marketing analytics
  • Strong follow-through and the executive presence to influence a CEO

  • Salary: USD 150,000–175,000 per year
