Job Description

RightCapital is seeking a Marketing Co-op based in Shelton, CT for a full-time co-op during the Spring 2027 semester. This hybrid role offers hands-on exposure to growth marketing, content marketing, partner marketing, and sales enablement while supporting day-to-day marketing operations.

You will coordinate key marketing activities that connect program execution to measurable outcomes, including event and webinar support, SEO-focused content publishing, reporting across the marketing funnel, and collaboration with Marketing and Sales to improve efficiency in the sales experience.

Role Overview

  • Spring 2027 full-time co-op in Shelton, CT with hybrid work location: Shelton, CT 06484
  • Pay: $16.94/hr

Responsibilities

  • Support webinar/event management, including pre and post-show coordination
  • Help develop email communication plans and support lead distribution to the Sales organization
  • Write and publish SEO-driven blog content with support from the Content Marketing team
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to build reports, using various data sources across the marketing funnel
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to help drive efficiencies within the sales experience

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a client services, customer service, or support role is preferred
  • Currently working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or studying); fields such as Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration are preferred
  • Must be currently enrolled at a local Connecticut college or university
  • Must be eligible to participate in the school’s co-op program and available to work full-time for the Spring 2027 semester
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to interact effectively with team members
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (including Excel and Outlook); experience with Mac iOS preferred
