Job Description

Xiluet Aesthetic LLC is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to lead Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO for its Miami-based healthcare practice. This onsite role focuses on delivering high-quality leads, booked appointments, and measurable ROI through a cohesive paid-media and local-search strategy. The position combines execution with cross-functional collaboration to support patient acquisition goals.

Responsibilities

  • Paid advertising is the primary focus: plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead-generation campaigns.
  • Manage Google Search campaigns for high-intent medical services.
  • Optimize for cost per qualified lead, booked appointments, and conversions.
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets, audiences, and creatives accordingly.
  • Oversee ad creatives (copy) and coordinate visuals or video when needed.
  • Address ad rejections and ensure compliance with Meta healthcare policies.
  • SEO and Local Search: execute local SEO strategies including Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Improve organic rankings for medical service keywords.
  • Optimize website content for SEO performance and conversions.
  • Coordinate or create SEO content as needed.
  • Monitor SEO performance and competitive activity.
  • Tracking, Reporting & Optimization: set up and manage conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, GA4).
  • Integrate paid leads with CRM and reporting systems.
  • Track performance from lead to appointment to outcome.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and patient pipeline performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation.
  • Experience in medical, dental, cosmetic, or healthcare marketing preferred.
  • Strong understanding of paid traffic optimization and attribution models.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and local search optimization.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead pipelines.
  • Familiarity with healthcare advertising compliance and policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently.

Compensation
