Job Description
Based in Holland, Michigan, The Stow Company- Holland Inc is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the execution of revenue-driving digital programs for key Stow brands, including EasyClosets and Inspired Closets. The role is directly accountable for weekly lead-volume targets and coordinates demand generation across paid search, paid social, marketing automation, CRM data integrity, and agency partnerships, using AI-powered tools to drive faster, smarter campaigns. This onsite role collaborates with Sales, Analytics, and external partners to transform data into growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize acquisition tactics across paid search, paid social, and emerging demand channels, covering keyword research, ad copy, bid strategy, and budget management.
- Oversee daily budgets across all demand channels to sustain consistent lead volume for each portfolio brand.
- Proactively identify performance gaps, test hypotheses, and present data-backed solutions before issues escalate.
- Support the affiliate marketing program through performance monitoring, partner approvals, and campaign optimization.
- Build, test, and deploy automated programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including nurture flows, triggered sends, audience segmentation, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Maintain lead data integrity within Salesforce CRM.
- Support the Sales team with CRM tooling and processes.
- Onboard and assist new Sales team members on CRM and lead management tools.
- Own the daily, weekly, and monthly KPI dashboards, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and clear performance commentary.
- Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for comprehensive tracking and attribution.
- Implement and maintain tracking tags across brand properties; act as a reliable data resource for cross-functional stakeholders needing campaign data.
- Monitor performance trends across channels and proactively surface insights to the Performance Marketing Manager.
- Prepare performance summaries ahead of leadership reviews.
- Coordinate with agency partners on campaign delivery, track commitments, and flag risks early.
- Manage Jira stories from brief through QA to ensure timely, spec-compliant deliverables.
- Support the Performance Marketing Manager in agency performance alignment discussions.
- Partner with the SEO agency to support on-page and technical SEO, including metadata updates, internal linking, and content briefs aligned to target keywords.
- Conduct keyword research to identify organic opportunities for EasyClosets and Inspired Closets, informing both SEO and paid search strategies.
- Perform routine site audits using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or Semrush to surface crawl errors, indexing issues, and ranking gaps.
- Monitor organic search performance metrics and include SEO trends in weekly and monthly KPI reporting.
- Coordinate with web and content teams to embed SEO best practices in new pages, landing pages, and content updates.
- Support competitor analysis and SERP monitoring to track share of voice and flag strategic shifts in organic visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party Salesforce partners to write, test, and validate end-to-end marketing program narratives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and translate marketing strategy into clear, actionable requirements for both non-technical and technical stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a defined AI learning plan to expand proficiency in AI-powered tools for faster, smarter marketing execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns with measurable results.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or an equivalent marketing automation platform.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or a similar CRM system.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, including campaign build, optimization, and reporting.
- Experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads).
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud components (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM for reporting and lead management.
