Job Description
The Digital Marketing Director will guide Five Star Tax Resolution's digital marketing initiatives across all online channels, driving growth, engagement, and conversions through data-driven strategies while leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing plans aligned with business goals, prioritizing brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement.
- Direct multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Apply SEO tools and keyword research to boost organic rankings and traffic through content optimization and technical SEO improvements.
- Head content production, including copywriting, graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite, and CMS updates on WordPress or similar platforms.
- Utilize conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user behavior in Google Analytics and performance data to refine landing pages, CTAs, and the overall user experience.
- Administer marketing automation systems to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance retention across ecommerce and B2B channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, to ensure seamless website functionality and performance improvements.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly, generate ROI and KPI reports, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in digital marketing with a track record of successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO tools and SEM practices, including Google Ads management, Facebook Advertising, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
- Skilled in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop), and video editing within the Adobe Creative Suite, plus CMS experience (WordPress or similar).
- Technical familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for site optimization and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization to improve user experience and engagement.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation to execute targeted email campaigns and nurture leads effectively.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead marketers, designers, developers, and external vendors toward shared goals.
- Exceptional communication and attention to detail, capable of translating complex data into clear insights for stakeholders.

Compensation
Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 per year
