Job Description

Build measurable digital impact for Days for Girls International while supporting a communications strategy across social, email, and web. This remote Digital Marketing Coordinator role focuses on creating, scheduling, publishing, and analyzing content in close partnership with the Communications Manager, Development, and Programs teams.

You’ll help strengthen the organization’s digital presence, including ongoing support for TikTok growth, fundraising campaign content, and brand-consistent community engagement. Reporting, optimization, and cross-team coordination are central to the position, with opportunities to connect audience insights to practical recommendations.

What you’ll do

  • Create and publish content across Days for Girls’ social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp.
  • Track external communications using Google Suite and other platforms used now or in the future.
  • Support the launch, growth, and ongoing management of the Days for Girls TikTok presence.
  • Develop fundraising campaign content and other campaign materials following Development guidance.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, tags, direct messages, and collaboration requests while maintaining Days for Girls’ brand voice.
  • Own monthly reporting and campaign-specific reporting for Meta, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp, including progress review and recommendations.
  • Track progress and ROI for paid digital fundraising efforts.
  • Oversee 3rd party management of Google Ad Grant strategy and optimization.
  • Manage cross-collaboration reporting and information sharing between Programs, Development, and Communications.
  • Update and maintain the Days for Girls blog, coordinate page updates, and ensure fundraising campaign content stays current.
  • Support alignment between web content and active campaigns, including Google Ads Social Media and Legacy Media Outreach Support.
  • Support Communications Manager with media outreach efforts such as podcasts, articles, and speaking opportunities.
  • Track ROI of influencer and media relationships and share recommendations with the Communications Manager.
  • Manage the communications inbox and route inquiries appropriately.
  • Own presentation of the Annual Report.
  • Provide administrative support for communications initiatives and special projects as needed.
  • Support implementation of digital fundraising campaigns (seasonal, emergency, and evergreen), including coordinating timelines and assets across departments.
  • Contribute to integrated campaign planning and post-campaign learning and reporting.
  • Create fundraising-focused digital content and touchpoint assets for donor cultivation by the development team.

What you bring

  • 1+ years of progressive digital marketing experience, including responsibility for campaign strategy.
  • Proven ability to self-manage and work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Technical experience in reporting and audience analytics.
  • Efficient use of Meta Business Suite (Insights), GA4, and tools such as TikTok, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, including creating, editing, and publishing content (primarily graphic design in Canva).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, International Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience supporting or collaborating on fundraising or development-led campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success across integrated communications strategies spanning social, email, web, and storytelling platforms.
  • Strong editorial judgment and ability to set voice, tone, and messaging standards across channels.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with development, programs, leadership, and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and consistency.
  • Comfort working with feedback in a constructive, values-aligned way.

Pay: USD 40,000 - 50,000 per year. Work location: Remote.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience using Google Suite to create content workflows.
  • Experience working in or with nonprofits, NGOs, or mission-driven organizations, particularly in global or international contexts.
  • Familiarity with gender equity, menstrual health, public health, or education issues.
  • Comfort working with global teams across time zones.
