Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator

Teddy Mountain LLC is looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to help bring products, partnerships, trade show moments, and behind-the-scenes activity to life across multiple channels. This hybrid role in Winter Haven, FL offers a salary of USD 55,000 to 65,000 per year and paid time off.

You will own the content engine behind the scenes: planning what to publish, producing copy and creative assets, keeping web messaging current, and using performance data to improve results over time. If you enjoy turning real company updates into clear, engaging marketing, this role blends writing, social media, email support, and collaboration with teams across the business.

What you’ll do

• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and Facebook
• Manage the social media and content calendar
• Write clear, engaging copy for social, email, and web
• Collaborate with a Graphic Designer to build and execute Mailchimp campaigns
• Work with a Graphic Designer to create graphics using Canva and Adobe
• Capture, edit, and repurpose photos and short-form video
• Keep website content updated, accurate, and on-brand
• Track engagement and optimize content performance across social, email, and web
• Collaborate with sales, leadership, and product teams to find the story behind each update

What you bring

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Mailchimp
• Comfort with Canva and Adobe for design support
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong organization, curiosity, and initiative
• Photo/video comfort is a plus
• Consumer products or B2B experience is helpful but not required
