About the role
As a Campaign Manager, you will own campaigns end to end, guiding audience building, workflow management, budget forecasting, and post campaign analysis to drive scalable, measurable marketing outcomes.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of assigned standardized campaigns, acting as the subject matter expert from kickoff to completion.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Strategists to ensure campaign choices align with vendor goals, internal objectives, and budget constraints.
- Work with Project Managers and Traffic Managers to scope campaigns, hit milestones, and keep creative and operational workflows on schedule.
- Utilize internal platforms to build targeted audiences, manage workflows, and monitor key metrics and ROI.
- Oversee end to end budgets, including annual planning, monthly forecasting, margin tracking, vendor funding reconciliation, and expense management in coordination with finance and accounting teams.
- Deliver post campaign analyses with actionable insights to improve performance, scalability, and business impact.
Requirements
- Proven track record in managing, coordinating, or executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, ROI tracking, and data driven decision making.
- Hands on experience budgeting, forecasting, and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Collaborative communicator who works effectively across marketing, finance, and operations teams.
- Comfortable using marketing platforms and workflow management tools.
- Proactive with an ownership mindset and a focus on process improvement and scalability.
