Marketing Coordinator

Based in Scottsdale, Arizona and onsite, this Marketing Coordinator role supports the marketing team across project workflow and production. Responsibilities

• Guide marketing projects through all development stages, from opening the job request to building and assigning tasks.
• Oversee internal traffic systems, coordinating workflow between copy, design, and project management teams to meet deadlines on brand.
• Collect and share concise, deadline-driven updates with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage inventory and sourcing of promotional items for campaigns and the company promotional store with third-party vendors.
• Assist with proofreading and ongoing project maintenance, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Develop familiarity with products, carriers, sales ideas and industry news.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree is a plus. Strong verbal and writing skills are required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant project management and marketing experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment; quick and clear-headed under pressure.
• Solid project management capabilities; highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• Positive, professional, and self-motivated with a can-do approach to work.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
