This onsite role in Oldsmar, Florida focuses on building a Klaviyo-based lifecycle engine to drive repeat purchases and higher lifetime value for a direct-to-consumer audience. The position offers a salary range of USD 60,000 to 70,000 per year and requires at least three years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the full lifecycle marketing program for email and SMS using Klaviyo
- Design, implement, and optimize core lifecycle flows
- Welcome series, abandoned cart, and browse abandonment flows
- Post-purchase sequences and winback campaigns
- Plan and execute campaign calendars aligned with promotions and product launches
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to improve relevance
- Conduct structured A/B testing across offers, creative, timing, and audience
- Analyze performance with a focus on revenue per recipient, flow contribution, and repeat purchase rate
- Continuously improve the customer journey and retention systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DTC lifecycle or retention marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (required)
- Proven track record of owning revenue from email and/or SMS channels
- Deep understanding of segmentation, flow architecture, and conversion optimization
- Ability to operate as both a strategist and hands-on executor
