Job Description

Precision Health Concierge Primary Care is seeking an executive-level VP of Marketing & Growth to lead end-to-end marketing, growth strategy, and multi-location campaigns from a Sarasota base with hybrid options. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive membership acquisition and revenue across Sarasota, Tampa, and St. Petersburg.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy integrated demand-gen programs that span PPC, outbound outreach, LinkedIn sequences, and email/SMS drip campaigns
  • Develop and automate a referral program framework and workflows
  • Oversee CRM setup and ongoing optimization, with HubSpot as the primary platform (or recommended alternatives)
  • Lead SEO and content strategy to strengthen the web presence
  • Build AI-driven workflows for lead scoring, nurturing, and personalized experiences
  • Experiment with A/B tests and optimize campaigns in real time based on data
  • Define and own the marketing strategy aligned to membership growth and revenue targets
  • Develop and manage the marketing tech stack, including CRM selection, AI/automation platforms, and analytics
  • Set KPIs, forecast the pipeline, and tie marketing performance to membership sales and revenue
  • Coordinate external agencies and vendors for paid ads, content creation, and social media production
  • Scale marketing efforts across Sarasota, Tampa, and St. Petersburg
  • Architect marketing workflows using AI agents and automation tools (email sequences, LinkedIn automation, chatbots, lead qualification)
  • Implement lead scoring and behavioral triggers to support sales handoffs
  • Create repeatable, scalable processes across locations
  • Stay current on AI and automation innovations to identify competitive advantages
  • Own pipeline forecasting tied to membership targets
  • Track CAC, conversion rates, and lifetime value (LTV)
  • Present monthly performance to leadership with insights and optimization recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing-qualified leads align with sales velocity

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in B2C marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation within high-growth markets or competitive verticals
  • Proven track record scaling marketing campaigns and pipelines across multiple locations or regions with profitability
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in AI, workflow automation, and marketing agents
  • Experience building and optimizing AI-powered email sequences, LinkedIn automation, behavioral lead scoring, and chatbot workflows
  • Ability to leverage Claude, ChatGPT APIs, or no-code automation platforms to create competitive advantage
  • Current with emerging AI tools and willing to experiment with new platforms
  • Fluent with modern CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred, but Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar acceptable)
  • Strong track record in digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram) with proven ROI
  • SEO, content strategy, and organic demand generation expertise
  • Comfort with analytics, data interpretation, and building dashboards (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Forward-thinking innovator focused on cutting-edge tech and methodology to gain an edge
  • Startup or founder mentality with experience in high-growth environments and autonomy
  • Systems thinker who sees marketing as interconnected workflows that compound over time
  • Execution plus strategy capability: comfortable in both hands-on workflow building and leadership

  • Comfort with ambiguity, iterating quickly and adjusting based on data
  • Self-directed, owning outcomes and accountability while reporting to the founder
  • Experience in luxury services, high-ticket B2B, or membership-based business models
  • Background in healthcare, wellness, or concierge medicine marketing
  • Prior startup or scale-up experience (founder, early employee, or scaling marketing leader)
  • Experience with AI-powered personalization, predictive analytics, behavioral automation, or agent-based systems
  • Familiarity with multi-location or regional scaling challenges

What success looks like (6–12 months)

  • By Month 2: CRM/tech stack selected and implemented; foundational campaigns live; initial pipeline metrics established; lead volume rising weekly
  • By Month 4: during the peak Florida season, 25 new qualified leads per week are targeted; focus on filling the pipeline and securing calls with the sales team
  • By Month 6: lead pipeline grows month over month; automation workflows are optimized; initial ROI data clarifies CAC and conversion; referral program launches
  • By Month 12: marketing-qualified leads convert to memberships with multi-location campaigns running in parallel; AI/automation delivers measurable efficiency gains; a strategic Year 2 roadmap is in place

Location & Work Style

  • Headquarters: Sarasota, FL (primary office)
  • Multi-location travel: Regular presence in St. Petersburg (estimated 1-3 days per week, flexible)
  • Hybrid/remote flexibility: In-person about 80%, with needs for St. Pete and Sarasota presence and local market immersion as required
