Job Description

Strategic, data driven marketing leader responsible for accelerating brand growth and scaling demand generation in the BPO and virtual staffing sector.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full marketing strategy with accountability for pipeline generation and revenue impact.
  • Design a multi channel growth engine that blends paid media, organic channels, and content led acquisition.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and Sales to align marketing with revenue targets.
  • Translate brand investments, content programs, and campaigns into measurable business results.
  • Define and drive the content, creative, and storytelling trajectory as a core engine for demand and differentiation.
  • Build a scalable content organization spanning editorial, video, and design.
  • Establish a consistent and compelling brand voice and narrative across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure creative work is emotionally engaging while delivering measurable performance.
  • Provide hands on creative leadership when needed, reviewing messaging, shaping campaigns, and guiding high impact content execution.
  • Lead global demand generation across paid media, SEO, AEO, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Align creative strategy closely with performance metrics.
  • Define and track KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
  • Step in to execute hands on, deep diving into campaigns, testing messaging, and speeding critical launches.
  • Continuously optimize channel mix and budget allocation for maximum impact.
  • Own enterprise SEO and AEO strategies integrated with content and brand.
  • Build search first content systems that capture and convert demand.
  • Oversee editorial strategy and content production aligned to business goals.
  • Direct organic and content investments to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Own the marketing data ecosystem and attribution models.
  • Use analytics to inform strategic decisions and tactical optimizations.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation across creative and performance channels.
  • Provide executive level visibility into marketing’s revenue impact.
  • Build and scale a world class marketing team across demand gen, content, creative, and analytics.
  • Elevate brand authority through thought leadership and public relations.
  • Define team structure, workflows, and processes to support growth.
  • Champion AI and automation to scale output and efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team.

Requirements

  • More than ten years of marketing leadership experience, including executive level roles.
  • Proven track record owning and delivering pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise across paid media, SEO, and content led growth.
  • Strong experience building and leading creative and content teams.
  • A builder and operator, comfortable setting strategy and executing as a hands-on doer.
  • Strong executive presence with cross functional leadership skills.
  • Highly analytical with deep understanding of attribution and performance metrics.
  • B2B experience preferred, especially in services or solution selling environments.
  • Ability to balance long term brand building with short term revenue impact.
