Job Description
Senior Growth Marketing Specialist focusing on expanding revenue within the existing customer base through upsell, cross-sell, and product utilization initiatives, driven by data‑driven, multi‑channel campaigns and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering full‑funnel, multi‑channel campaigns that drive upsell, cross‑sell, and revenue growth among current customers.
- Help manage end‑to‑end campaign execution from intake to launch, including audience creation, asset coordination, QA, deployment, and performance tracking.
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to business priorities.
- Collaborate with marketing channel owners, product, operations, and sales teams to ensure campaigns meet business goals.
- Partner with content and creative teams to develop messaging and visuals that resonate with customers.
- Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, and launch requirements across stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for campaign execution and operational support.
- Assist with customer segmentation and targeting to personalize campaigns for relevance.
- Identify trends and opportunities for optimization based on campaign and customer behavior data.
- Monitor campaign performance and propose optimization recommendations to improve results.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Three to five years of marketing experience with exposure to customer marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle campaigns.
- Experience supporting end‑to‑end campaign execution, including messaging development, creative coordination, and performance tracking.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, sales, operations, and demand generation teams.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decisions and report on performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to contribute to compelling messaging and content.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Passion for customer‑centric marketing and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
