Job Description

Hybrid role with Mabbly in the Nocatee / Ponte Vedra area, directing strategy, client leadership, and AI powered automation across paid and organic channels.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead digital strategist for four client accounts, designing channel plans for SEO, geographic targeting, paid media, and content aligned to MQLs, SQLs, and revenue goals.
  • Lead client presentations, performance reviews, and roadmapping sessions, translating campaign data into actionable business insights.
  • Represent the agency’s AI forward perspective to clients, articulating how AI search tools influence organic visibility and strategy.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Strategy teams based in Chicago to keep messaging, creative, and web builds cohesive.
  • Oversee daily execution of paid and organic lead campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to client KPIs.
  • Maintain hands-on involvement by building and managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn when necessary.
  • Support teammates with campaign planning, QAQC, and troubleshooting to maintain performance standards.
  • Manage freelance resources for technical SEO, CRO, and other specialized needs.
  • Coach team members on digital best practices, AI tool adoption, client communications, and analytical thinking.
  • Utilize Claude, Claude Cowork, Notion, and other AI tools daily to accelerate research, strategy, reporting, and analysis.
  • Contribute to building and refining internal AI agents, including automated account health monitoring and weekly performance summaries.
  • Identify workflows suitable for automation and implement AI driven solutions to free the team for higher value work.
  • Establish and maintain QAQC processes for dashboards, reporting, and client deliverables.
  • Conduct pulse checks between reporting cycles and propose optimizations ahead of client requests.

Requirements

  • 4 to 10+ years of digital marketing experience with expertise across SEO, paid media, and analytics.
  • 2+ years of leading teams and managing client relationships, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Proven ability to present strategy and performance to executives and C-suite stakeholders (preferred).
  • Strong analytical mindset connecting campaign data to pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency with daily use of LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and a track record of efficiency or quality gains; experience with Claude Cowork, Claude Code, MCPs, or building AI agents/automations is a plus.
  • Curiosity about AI’s impact on the agency model and a drive to experiment, test, and adopt new approaches.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast pace as the office and agency are being built from the ground up.

Details

  • Job Type: Full time
  • Pay: $100,000 to $135,000 per year
  • Location: Hybrid in Nocatee (Ponte Vedra, FL); ability to commute required
  • Experience: Digital marketing; 7 years preferred
