What you’ll do

Drive integrated sales and marketing strategy to build brand awareness and revenue growth. You’ll lead the planning and execution of go-to-market efforts, from lead generation through pipeline development and conversion.

  • Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to support revenue growth and brand awareness.
  • Lead, mentor, and support sales and marketing teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Research and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee campaign planning, lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion efforts.
  • Use market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to guide strategy and execution.
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams including product, finance, and operations to align priorities and ensure delivery.
  • Define key performance indicators, monitor results, and provide regular reporting on outcomes.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Support pricing, positioning, and messaging strategies for products and services.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and other business development opportunities.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, marketing leadership, or a related commercial role.
  • Demonstrated success creating and executing growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing principles, and revenue operations.
  • Experience leading teams with a collaborative, accountable, high-performance culture.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • CRM and reporting tools experience preferred, along with proficiency in marketing automation and reporting tools.
