Overview
As a Regional Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will support senior leadership in shaping and communicating the Maronda Homes brand across divisions. You will help create, execute, and deliver tactical online and offline marketing creative, ensuring alignment between corporate and division strategies while guiding the regional rollout of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing the corporate marketing strategy to maintain consistent branding, messaging, and positioning.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing leadership to define marketing objectives and foster strong cross-team relationships.
- Execute the corporate brand program to ensure cohesive branding and communication.
- Support market-wide programs that drive traffic for grand openings, community previews, and other sales events.
- Work with the corporate team to propose and deliver to Divisions tactical online creative (social media, advertising, SEM, email campaigns, landing pages, website content) and offline creative (out-of-home, floorplans, flyers, signage, brochures).
- Partner with the Digital and Traditional Marketing Managers to grow the team’s copywriting, design, and tech skills, and expand marketing services.
- Attend weekly calls with OSC Managers and the Corporate Marketing Administration to report on deployed tactics and the support requested from the Regional Marketing Coordinator.
- Assess division requests, determine required resources and timing, and manage expectations to meet target dates.
- Elevate applicable division requests and compliance issues to Marketing Managers; provide a weekly summary of input volume and feedback.
- Support the regional rollout of a new enterprise software solution.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate marketing campaigns.
- Support SEM deployments on third-party platforms and coordinate related analytics, SEO efforts, and vendor dashboards.
- Assist the Traditional Marketing Manager with project positioning, timelines, sales center design, advertising, signage, and collateral.
- Coordinate with other departments to create and maintain marketing materials and a consistent community identity.
- Maintain division, community, and home-specific website content and serve as a quality control point for marketing materials.
- Fact-check and proofread all marketing materials.
- Coordinate sales center initiatives and signage to keep marketing tools readily available.
- Support New Community launches as a liaison between Corporate Marketing and divisions to ensure a smooth process.
- Develop marketing plans for new communities to generate high-quality lead lists through organic and paid channels.
- Draft initial versions of website copy, emails, scripts, surveys, and photo captions, ensuring SEO alignment and brand voice.
- Provide an organic local marketing plan for Sales Associates and relay feedback to marketing partners.
- Analyze web traffic, leads, surveys, and appointment feedback to inform adjustments based on data.
- Coordinate with the Email Marketing Coordinator to align campaigns with new communities and media content schedules.
- Conduct market research to stay current on trends and competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Review budgets and advise on efficient resource allocation across projects.
- Ensure brand standards are maintained across all projects.
- Support daily administrative tasks for Digital and Traditional Marketing Managers, including invoice reconciliation.
- Plan and participate in marketing events at sales centers as needed.
- Assist in training and adoption of marketing best practices and new tools or platforms.
- Conduct market research to select appropriate products and craft advertising strategies for core market segments.
- Maintain regular communication with sales staff regarding marketing goals and outcomes.
- Attend in-person Division Sales and Marketing meetings as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Two to four years of relevant experience, with a preference for five or more years in corporate marketing within homebuilding or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail plus creative thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team; highly motivated self-starter.
- Capability to manage multiple functions concurrently and apply common sense to instructions in written or oral form.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent, with a hybrid work schedule.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Analytics, social media platforms, and photography/video editing software is a plus.
- Knowledge of MLS and realtor sites such as BDX, Zillow, and Realtor.com is a plus.
- Demonstrates independence while collaborating effectively with teams and partners.

Compensation and Location
Salary: USD 70,000 - 90,000 per year. Work location: Hybrid remote in Imperial, PA 15126. Travel: Up to 50% overnight travel monthly.
