Marketing Specialist

Galaxy Lifts is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Mabank, TX (onsite) to support brand growth as marketing operations scale. This role reports to the Marketing Director and will be closely involved in content creation and social and digital growth, alongside campaign execution across email, web, sales materials, and events.

Role Focus

In this position, you will help shape and strengthen the Galaxy Lifts brand identity while building practical marketing outputs across multiple channels. You will manage key customer-facing initiatives, support campaign performance improvement, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver consistent messaging.

Responsibilities

• Help shape and strengthen the Galaxy Lifts brand identity as marketing operations scale
• Create content across print, digital, and social channels, translating technical product information into clear, engaging messaging
• Own social media content, community engagement, and strategy to grow presence and audience
• Plan, launch, and optimize targeted email campaigns using audience segmentation
• Build and update website content and landing pages
• Design sales materials including brochures, presentations, and product spotlights aligned with brand guidelines
• Capture and edit photo and video content at customer visits and company events
• Coordinate trade shows and events from planning through post-event follow-up
• Track the marketing calendar, analyze channel performance, and recommend optimizations
• Partner with internal teams and serve as the key liaison with outside vendors and agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred); equivalent experience considered
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a B2C environment; consumer, home improvement, or accessibility marketing experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including email marketing, digital advertising, SEO, content strategy, and campaign execution
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, including the ability to turn technical product information into clear, engaging content
• Experience tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data to optimize future campaigns
• Photography and videography skills, including capturing and editing content for digital and social channels
• Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms, Semrush, and AI tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across Sales, Operations, Leadership, and external vendors
• Portfolio of print, digital, and marketing campaign samples required
• Local to Mabank, TX, or willing to relocate

Compensation and Location

Location: Mabank, TX (onsite). Salary: USD 55,000 to 65,000 per year. Minimum experience: 3 years.
