Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Seville Gear is seeking a Marketing Specialist to help plan and execute marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and support the company’s overall marketing strategy. This onsite role in Mc Farland, WI connects digital execution with hands-on production work, including website maintenance, content development, email and social campaigns, and tradeshow coordination for major industry events.
You’ll work across a mix of channels, from SEO and SEM to print collateral and direct mail, while also tracking performance against budget and preparing reporting for management. The position is suited to someone who can balance creativity and analysis, communicate clearly, and manage multiple priorities at once.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Maintain brand consistency by ensuring marketing materials follow brand guidelines and use a consistent voice
- Track campaign performance and marketing budget, then prepare reports for management
- Design printed and electronic materials including product catalogs, promotional flyers, direct mail, email campaigns, social content, and customer-specific collateral
- Manage marketing collateral inventory and coordinate reorders
- Coordinate product photo shoots, including prep, styling, and checklists
- Maintain the company website content, including products, pricing, images, and updates
- Optimize content for SEO and manage SEM campaigns
- Support new customer registration and website troubleshooting
- Coordinate website updates and changes with the web hosting provider
- Build and manage email campaigns, including list segmentation and performance analysis
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow engagement and event attendance
- Create content for blogs, newsletters, and website updates
- Coordinate direct mail initiatives from planning through packaging
- Keep external industry databases current with product info, pricing, and images
- Monitor and implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility
- Coordinate tradeshow logistics: contracts, staff registration, travel, shipping, and setup
- Maintain tradeshow inventory and materials in organized, up-to-date condition
- Represent the company at industry events to build brand visibility and generate leads
- Complete post-show administration including expense tracking, lead entry, and follow-up reporting
- Travel may be required to large industry shows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to commute daily to Mc Farland, WI
- Physically able to assemble and disassemble tradeshow displays (up to 35 lbs)

Schedule and pay
- 40–45 hour workweek, Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekends based on tradeshow schedule
- Salary: USD 60,000 - 75,000 per year
