Job Description

On-site Marketing Specialist role at BECU in Washington State, focused on supporting advisor-based business units (mortgage, business banking, wealth management) with marketing plan development, campaign coordination, and analytics, with a salary range of USD 80,200 to 115,700 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary marketing contact for assigned business units, fostering strong partnerships and delivering strategic marketing support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business goals, sales priorities, and member needs into effective marketing initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and project briefs aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, print, email, and other channels.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, logistics, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Track campaign performance, generate reports, analyze results, and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and in line with brand standards.
  • Support budget tracking and expense management for assigned marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional marketing experience.
