Job Description
In Cook, Minnesota (onsite), Scenic Rivers Health Services is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead public relations, strengthen branding, and manage advertising across multiple channels. The role collaborates closely with leadership to promote organizational initiatives while ensuring patient-facing materials stay on-brand and compliant with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to plan PR strategies and core messages that highlight organizational initiatives and achievements.
- Work with leadership and staff to fulfill marketing requests.
- Develop and maintain consistent patient messaging and brand identity across materials.
- Oversee advertising placements across social media, print, radio, billboards, direct mail, and other selected channels.
- Coordinate with the administrative team on the design and development of marketing materials to meet deadlines.
- Maintain records of ad contacts, active campaigns, messaging, budgets, contracts, and timelines.
- Create, update, and manage standardized templates for letters, forms, and signage aligned with SRHS branding and language, providing staff with guidance as needed.
- Develop and revise patient-facing forms and signage (paper or electronic) to comply with SRHS branding and regulatory requirements, including state, federal, FTCA and HRSA regulations.
Requirements
- A formal degree or demonstrated experience in marketing, business administration, communications, public relations, graphic design, or related field.
- Experience producing content and managing platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral.
- Solid understanding of brand standards with the ability to apply them consistently across materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
