Job Description

Support retail marketing communication and execution across mass-market, specialty, online, and reseller channels for client brands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain selling tools
  • Audit product marketing sheets
  • Communicate product launches effectively within retail and channel partners
  • Support execution of detailed merchandising plans with partners to maximize brand exposure
  • Assist with development of in-store POP displays
  • Help manage POP sourcing, including suppliers, end-product, and schedules
  • Create campaigns for reseller partners with measurable calls to action
  • Build and manage sales resources, including custom presentations, sales collateral, launch materials, and product assets
  • Coordinate materials used in retail stores
  • Support materials shown and communicated to channel partners
  • Create internal trackers for channel activities by channel or partner
  • Manage and update partner- and brand-specific collateral for internal teams and channel partners
  • Manage SWAG orders within creative brief and budget parameters
  • Provide pre-event support for shows and events, including event orders, literature, SWAG and partner seeding kits, and event logistics
  • Aid online marketing projects, including email campaigns, product launches, keyword-based search advertising, and social media efforts with partners
  • Create partner asset toolkit build-outs for partner use on their own web pages
  • Build sheet management for partner item setup
  • Assist with product listing optimization for partner detail pages
  • Provide social strategy recommendations for client brands
  • Develop social calendars for planning around events and launches
  • Create social posts and manage responses

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years in a Marketing Specialist role or 5+ years in a Coordinator role required
  • Prior experience in channel or retail, brand or MarCom; preferably with a lifestyle or CE brand
  • High-energy style with willingness to learn and take on new tasks as assigned
  • Strong organization, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven experience working with external parties (vendors, resellers, end users) to manage and maintain relationships
  • Excellent written communications skills, including writing and editing
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs in Windows, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager, plus other advertising platforms, highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Final Cut highly desirable
  • Digital experience is a plus, including social media, email, and marketing automation
  • Retail and Sales Floor experience in CE, Fashion, or Consumer Goods is a plus
