Job Description

In Cook, Minnesota (onsite), Scenic Rivers Health Services is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead public relations, strengthen branding, and manage advertising across multiple channels. The role collaborates closely with leadership to promote organizational initiatives while ensuring patient-facing materials stay on-brand and compliant with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to plan PR strategies and core messages that highlight organizational initiatives and achievements.
Work with leadership and staff to fulfill marketing requests.
Develop and maintain consistent patient messaging and brand identity across materials.
Oversee advertising placements across social media, print, radio, billboards, direct mail, and other selected channels.
Coordinate with the administrative team on the design and development of marketing materials to meet deadlines.
Maintain records of ad contacts, active campaigns, messaging, budgets, contracts, and timelines.
Create, update, and manage standardized templates for letters, forms, and signage aligned with SRHS branding and language, providing staff with guidance as needed.
Develop and revise patient-facing forms and signage (paper or electronic) to comply with SRHS branding and regulatory requirements, including state, federal, FTCA and HRSA regulations.

Requirements

A formal degree or demonstrated experience in marketing, business administration, communications, public relations, graphic design, or related field.
Experience producing content and managing platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral.
Solid understanding of brand standards with the ability to apply them consistently across materials.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time-management skills.
Self-motivated and proactive.
