Job Description

Support the growth, visibility, and culture of Prairie Rose through marketing, communications, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Support and strengthen the Prairie Rose brand across all locations and communication channels
  • Assist with planning and implementing marketing, advertising, recruitment, and communication initiatives
  • Create engaging content for social media, digital platforms, internal communications, and promotional materials
  • Support patient retention, recruitment, and employee engagement through communication and storytelling
  • Coordinate community outreach, sponsorships, events, and volunteer initiatives
  • Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity throughout the organization
  • Monitor marketing activities and identify opportunities to improve engagement and visibility
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, advertisements, promotional materials, and digital content
  • Manage Prairie Rose social media platforms and maintain content calendars
  • Coordinate photography, video, graphic design, and other creative content development
  • Assist with website updates, digital communications, and public relations efforts
  • Support recruitment and retention marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate advertising placements and vendor relationships
  • Track marketing performance and engagement metrics
  • Develop internal communications such as announcements, newsletters, recognition initiatives, and team updates
  • Support workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with departments and office locations to meet communication and promotional needs
  • Participate in team and departmental meetings
  • Collaborate with leadership and office teams on communication and marketing initiatives
  • Provide updates and support for ongoing projects and campaigns
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
  • Perform additional marketing-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • College Degree and professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media management, branding, and content creation preferred
  • Photography, videography, graphic design, and video editing skills plus
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and locations
  • Comfort managing multiple projects
  • Understanding of branding, audience engagement, digital marketing, and communication best practices
  • Strong technology skills with the ability to learn new software and marketing tools
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, media partners, printers, advertising representatives, and service providers
  • Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented approach aligned with Prairie Rose culture
