Marketing Operations Manager
Job Description
Nextsulting is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee social media programs, coordinate content and design workflows, and align cross-team efforts to support client growth. This onsite role in Yorkville, IL centers on building efficient social programs across diverse industries while bridging communication between leadership, designing teams, and client contacts.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain social media content calendars for clients across multiple industries
- Schedule and publish posts using Sprout Social for 20+ locations
- Coordinate with client contacts to gather content, obtain approvals, and stay ahead of deadlines
- Create simple to polished social media graphics in Canva using established brand templates
- Edit images with Photoshop for touch-ups and design work beyond Canva
- Make edits, content updates, and basic troubleshooting in WordPress (Elementor, Divi)
- Communicate clearly and collaboratively with our contract designer to brief creative work
- Bridge between our president and our virtual assistant for task handoffs and follow-through
- Take on small project work to free up the president for higher-level strategy and client work
- Learn and grow into CRM tools like HighLevel as the role expands
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing, agency, or related operations experience
- Strong social media program experience, calendar planning, content workflows, multi-account posting
- Canva proficiency for fast social media design execution
- Photoshop proficiency for image editing and design polish
- WordPress proficiency, not deep technical, but comfortable making content edits, layout adjustments, and basic troubleshooting (Elementor or Divi experience helpful)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong time management and the discipline to consistently hit deadlines
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and self-directed
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats and willing to learn new tools
- In-office full-time in Yorkville, IL

Pay
USD 60,000 - 65,000 per year
