Job Description

Solaris Hospitality seeks a Marketing Manager to lead the brand vision across multiple channels in a fast paced, experiential environment. The role emphasizes storytelling, entertainment, hospitality, and community building, blending creative rigor with hands-on execution to elevate a dynamic portfolio of experiences. This position centers on turning bold ideas into measurable growth and memorable guest experiences, rooted in a collaborative, high-energy culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a broad social media plan aligned to brand goals, driving engagement, audience growth, and revenue.
  • Produce and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, maintaining a cohesive and compelling brand voice.
  • Conceptualize and implement print and digital campaigns in partnership with the in-house graphic design team.
  • Coordinate media planning, ad placements, and performance tracking to optimize reach and impact.
  • Create and distribute regular email newsletters to engage and grow the audience, including design considerations.
  • Source, hire, and manage freelance media vendors such as photographers and videographers for events and branded shoots.
  • Lead influencer partnerships with creative content creators to broaden brand reach.
  • Drive growth and marketing for the VIP membership club, including strategy, promotions, and ongoing member communications.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with events, operations, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, nightlife, lifestyle, or entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with creative teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms and content management tools.
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Knowledge of paid social and digital advertising strategies.
  • Videography, photography, and editing skills for content creation.

Compensation

Salary range: USD 70,000 - 90,000 per year
