Job Description

Quality Management Group Inc invites you to join as Marketing Manager at our Ontario, California corporate office. This onsite role offers a salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year and the opportunity to lead property-focused and companywide marketing initiatives using digital strategy, content development, branding, and AI-enabled tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement QMG’s digital marketing plan to support leasing and occupancy targets while boosting brand visibility across the portfolio, aligned with the Director of Marketing & Communications roadmap.
  • Manage property websites, online listings, and digital advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
  • Ensure marketing efforts comply with HUD, affordable housing, and fair housing advertising requirements, including required disclosures and occupancy guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on traffic, lead quality, leasing outcomes, and return on investment.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and actionable insights to the Director of Marketing & Communications.
  • Create and maintain standardized, compliant advertising templates for Community Managers, covering property listings, flyers, signage, social media posts, and outreach materials.
  • Develop guidelines and toolkits to enable on-site teams to market properties consistently while meeting compliance standards.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library for all marketing materials.
  • Continuously improve marketing systems and workflows to scale across the portfolio.
  • Design and produce collateral using approved brand standards and templates.
  • Write and edit compelling copy for property ads, websites, internal communications, presentations, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and other creative assets as needed.
  • Support event marketing for property openings, resident events, and company initiatives.
  • Ensure content execution aligns with corporate brand standards established by the Director of Marketing & Communications.
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Operations, and other departments to produce internal marketing materials, recruiting content, training materials, and internal campaigns.
  • Align internal materials with company messaging, culture, and visual standards.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technology platforms and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency, automation, analytics, and content scalability.
  • Leverage AI for listing optimization, SEO enhancement, content drafting, campaign forecasting, workflow automation, and data reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual workload through intelligent automation.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and digital marketing innovations to modernize the marketing function.
  • Partner with leadership to assess technology investments that support portfolio growth and efficiency.
  • Track and report marketing performance metrics, including campaign results, engagement, occupancy impact, and budget utilization.
  • Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, systems, and workflows to increase efficiency and impact.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making and portfolio performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including direct support for property management, multifamily housing, or real estate portfolios.
  • Solid knowledge of HUD, affordable housing, and compliance-driven advertising requirements.
  • Track record of developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and content development skills.
  • Experience creating standardized tools and templates for operational teams.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, social media, analytics tools, and marketing technology systems.
  • Ability to operate in a high-accountability environment with measurable performance outcomes.

Physical Demands

  • Walk 10% of the time, stand 10% of the time, and sit 80% of the time.
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Use computer, phone, copier, and other office equipment throughout the day.
  • Operate a computer requiring the use of hands and fingers.
  • Occasional bending, reaching, kneeling, and crouching.
  • Regular lifting of up to 30 pounds.
  • Occasional climbing of stairs.
  • Specific vision requirements include close, distance, and color vision.
  • Travel for business may be required.

Work Environment

  • Exposure to weather conditions as applicable to duties; moderate noise level.
  • Prior marketing experience in the Property Management or Real Estate industries is required.
