Positioned onsite in Belle Rose, LA, the Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the website, branding, content, and business development support to position Sage Construction as a top-tier contractor in municipal, industrial, commercial, and civil markets. The role carries a salary range of USD 60,000 to 90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Build and manage our website (Wix or similar)
Create and post social media content (1–2x per week)
Design brochures, capability statements, and proposals
Develop branding assets (shirts, hats, signage, etc.)
Capture and produce jobsite photos and videos
Manage content calendar and brand consistency
Support business development efforts (events, outreach, golf tournaments, etc.)
Help position the company as a top-tier contractor in our markets

Requirements

3–7 years experience in marketing (construction or similar industry preferred)
Hands-on creator
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Proficient in Website builders (Wix, Squarespace, or similar)
Proficient in Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
Proficient in Basic photo/video editing
Strong eye for clean, modern, confident branding
Comfortable working independently and moving fast
Willing to attend jobsites and events for content
