Job Description
Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Marketing Manager to plan, build, and optimize national direct marketing campaigns. The role collaborates across creative, content, analytics, and audience teams to drive performance. This onsite position is based in Memphis, TN, at an hourly rate of USD 42 - 43.
Responsibilities
- Oversee integrated direct marketing initiatives across mail, digital, and additional channels.
- Develop strategies aligned with revenue objectives and enhanced donor engagement.
- Evaluate campaign performance, analyze outcomes, and propose optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, segmentation, and analytics teams.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals among multiple stakeholders.
- Review and approve campaign materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and support cost-efficient decision making.
- Support new initiatives and assist in implementing updated marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or campaign management.
- Strong understanding of direct marketing or integrated marketing principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple moving parts.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort reviewing high-volume campaign materials.
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
