Job Description
Kiyonna Clothing is seeking a part-time Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to manage Shopify merchandising, email and paid social campaigns, and cross-functional launch support on-site in Anaheim.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Shopify product pages for every new style launch.
- Curate site merchandising by organizing collections, launches, and navigation to ensure timely live pages with a polished look.
- Run PDP experiments with the team to drive incremental conversion gains.
- Configure on-site pop-ups and handle vendor calls independently.
- Design and schedule email campaigns as well as SMS messages and push notifications.
- Develop Meta ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) for product launches.
- Manage product listings across Shop, Instagram/Facebook Shop, and TikTok Shop.
- Coordinate influencer outreach, gifting programs, and content delivery.
- Engage with the community on social channels using an on-brand voice.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer and video editor to execute launches, providing clear briefs and maintaining timelines.
- Apply an eye for aesthetics; CapCut and Canva skills are a plus.
- Contribute concise, on-brand copy and social responses.
- Extract basic performance data and interpret results; comfort with numbers without requiring full-time analytics duties.
- Partner with production, creative, and the Head of Marketing to align launch timelines with the calendar.
Requirements
- Hands-on Shopify experience, including building product pages and merchandising (required).
- Experience building email campaigns and Meta ad campaigns (required).

The Details
- Location: Anaheim, CA (onsite)
- Schedule: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with potential to increase days as you grow in the role
- Pay: USD 30.00 per hour, starting based on experience
