Job Description

Lifescape, a Denver-based leader in luxury outdoor living, seeks a Marketing Director to guide strategic planning, creative direction, content development, and multi-channel campaigns across its marketing ecosystem. The role aims to generate high-quality opportunities, grow recurring property care revenue, and elevate Lifescape’s premium brand in a competitive market. The position is onsite in Denver, with a salary range of USD 125,000 to 140,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and oversee yearly and seasonal marketing plans.
  • Align marketing initiatives with growth targets across Lifescape's service lines.
  • Identify key opportunities in design-build and property care markets and set priorities.
  • Design and implement integrated, multi-channel campaigns that synchronize messaging, timing, and brand across digital, print, email, referrals, sales enablement, and reviews.
  • Provide creative direction to ensure a cohesive, premium brand presence across all efforts.
  • Define the creative vision, write clear briefs, and guide concept development for campaigns and assets.
  • Oversee production of marketing assets such as direct mail, print collateral, presentations, proposals, and digital assets through internal teams and external partners.
  • Review and approve creative work to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison with design vendors, managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain and elevate Lifescape’s brand standards across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador across initiatives.
  • Create and refine email newsletters, blog content, social posts, editorials, and marketing messaging.
  • Ensure clarity and consistency with the brand voice.
  • Translate complex design-build projects into compelling, accessible narratives.
  • Manage website creative and content, coordinating with website and SEO vendors and meeting with SEO partners regularly.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that involve internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects to protect quality and brand integrity.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of industry award submissions, including project selection, photographer coordination, asset organization, and narrative development, and submit projects across awards and publications.
  • Manage editorial relationships and support PR initiatives.
  • Support lead generation, tracking, and conversion efforts.
  • Create tools and templates to streamline the sales process.
  • Align marketing activities with client experience and revenue-generation goals.
  • Manage relationships with ancillary architecture and design associations within the built environment.
  • Build repeatable workflows for campaigns, content production, and award submissions.
  • Improve efficiency, scalability, and organization across marketing operations by documenting processes and reducing ad hoc work.
  • Coordinate with agencies, photographers, publications, and production vendors to ensure quality and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • Senior marketing experience at a director level, ideally in luxury brands, architecture, design, or the built environment.
  • Proven ability to lead strategy while hands-on executing across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong visual design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent writing and editorial capabilities.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage vendors and external partners effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a high standard for creative excellence.
  • Experience with industry awards and publications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and website content strategy.
  • Experience marketing high-value, custom design-build services.
