Reporting relationship clarification: Salesforce, Data Integrity & Reporting. The Events & Sponsorship Manager provides day to day direction on event coordination, branded materials, scheduling, logistics, and execution support. The VP of Marketing provides direction on seminar performance priorities, reporting standards, Salesforce accuracy, KPI tracking, and process improvements tied to the seminar pipeline.
