Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns aligned with sales activities
Optimize marketing efforts to achieve ROI targets
Design and connect automations using tools such as N8n, Zapier, Make, and API workflows
Support CRM processes with Salesforce experience preferred
Analyze performance on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube using proprietary tools to identify trends and opportunities
Develop tailored strategies for social channels, sales funnels, and the company voice online
Build and update lead generation pages in WordPress
Manage and refresh website content on WordPress
Maintain Google Ads campaigns
Enhance SEO across properties and campaigns
Collaborate with the leadership team to strategize and explore new marketing channels
Handle miscellaneous projects or tasks assigned to you or your department

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Strong project management abilities
Logical yet creative mindset to develop data driven campaign strategies (keyword selection, targeting, interests)
Knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
Familiarity with SEO, PPC and digital marketing strategies to boost online visibility
Coding knowledge in Python or JavaScript is preferred but not required
Experience with daily account management and optimization of advertising campaigns
Proficiency in generating reports for metrics, goal tracking, and revenue insights
Experience with video creation/editing and basic graphic design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail oriented
