Responsibilities
- Plan and implement content marketing and social media programs that boost member engagement, strengthen the online presence, and support new member acquisition
- Oversee content across channels including social, website, blogs, educational resources, emails, direct mail, and branch marketing, ensuring brand consistency and business alignment
- Create and manage content calendars; collaborate with stakeholders and external partners; balance priorities to deliver projects in a fast-paced environment
- Track content and social performance, identify trends, and apply insights to optimize strategies with data and member feedback guiding recommendations
- Develop compelling content that educates, informs, and fosters engagement across channels; tailor messaging for diverse audiences while preserving a consistent brand voice
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, e-Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience designing and executing content marketing and social media strategies
