Job Description

Hamilton Medical, Inc. is a solid, stable, drug-free workplace based in Reno, NV, with tremendous opportunities for professional growth. In this onsite role, you will help strengthen the Hamilton Medical brand through customer-focused marketing content across the US market, turning complex clinical and technical information into stories that drive engagement and support commercial priorities.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a US marketing content execution plan aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, product priorities, and customer needs.
  • Create and manage an integrated editorial and content calendar across digital, social, web, campaigns, product launches, events, and customer communications.
  • Spot content opportunities using customer insights, market trends, product priorities, and the global marketing plan.
  • Define content themes, messaging frameworks, and storytelling approaches that can be adapted across markets and channels.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing and US Sales to identify priority audiences, customer journeys, interlinking opportunities, and content needs.
  • Use project management best practices to create repeatable processes that prioritize on time and on budget content delivery.
  • Write and develop high-quality content across the marketing funnel, including website and landing pages, product and campaign copy, social content, email campaigns and newsletters, blogs and thought leadership, customer stories and case studies, product launch materials, brochures and digital assets, sales enablement, and video scripts and storyboards, plus event and congress materials.
  • Translate complex clinical, scientific, and technical information into clear, compelling, customer-centric narratives.
  • Develop value-focused messaging that communicates customer value, clinical relevance, differentiation, and proof points, not just product features.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, terminology, and visual storytelling across channels.
  • Apply content UX/UI best practices across channels, focusing on readability, scanability, traceability, natural language, and a concise, value-first structure.
  • Support product launches and integrated campaigns by partnering with Product Management and Digital Marketing.
  • Build content journeys across awareness, education, consideration, engagement, and conversion, linking content between channels in a thoughtful way.
  • Repurpose core content into multiple formats and channels to increase reach and efficiency, including organic and paid social for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Support SEO and content optimization initiatives, analyze performance, and continuously improve topics, formats, messaging, and engagement.
  • Create content toolkits, templates, messaging guides, and campaign assets that enable US Sales teams to execute consistently.
  • Collaborate across regions and internal teams, including Regional Sales, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Academy/Education, Sales and Commercial, Medical/Clinical, and Regulatory.
  • Manage external relationships with agencies, writers, designers, videographers, and other content partners as needed.
  • Maintain a searchable US content library and ensure review, approval, localization, and distribution processes are followed.
  • Monitor benchmarks and track KPIs for content health and strategic alignment, including engagement, traffic, conversion, content utilization, lead generation, and campaign contribution.
  • Use performance data and customer insights to optimize content and test new assets and content paths.
