Marketing Communications Coordinator

The Marketing Communications Coordinator at High Plains Farm Credit is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing and communication strategies that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and recruiting efforts. This onsite role in Hays, KS partners with branch offices to coordinate communications, content, and campaign support across the Association.

Role Overview

In this position, you will manage social media, maintain and update website content and digital assets, and support digital advertising and marketing campaigns. You will also track performance metrics and coordinate marketing resources for branch locations, while contributing to recruiting and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and optimize social media content.
• Manage and update website content, including landing pages, banners, articles, images, and videos.
• Support digital advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor website and campaign performance metrics.
• Maintain marketing materials, promotional items, and branded merchandise.
• Coordinate marketing support for branch locations throughout the Association.
• Assist with recruiting and employer branding initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a closely related field.
• Advanced interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with presentation, problem solving, analytical, organizational, critical thinking, and listening skills.
• Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple activities.
• Ability to produce high-quality work while managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Ability to create engaging photos, video, written, and graphic content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and recruiting initiatives.
• Experience with digital marketing automation software.
• Experience managing digital advertising campaigns and analyzing performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Experience managing website content through WordPress and working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
• Agricultural knowledge is desirable.

Compensation and Location

Salary: USD 55,000 - 80,000 per year
