Job Description

A Marketing and Buyer Engagement Specialist position at Americas Auto Auction West Michigan Inc focuses on creating marketing materials, engaging buyers, and driving participation through outbound outreach and campaigns.

Location: Wayland, MI (onsite)

Job type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Design and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, email campaigns, and promotional content
  • Make outbound calls to buyers to promote upcoming sales, events, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing buyers
  • Increase buyer engagement through consistent communication and follow-ups
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive attendance and participation
  • Track outreach efforts and report on engagement results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or sales preferred
  • Strong communication skills (both phone and written)
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Experience with flyer creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
  • Basic understanding of marketing strategies and customer engagement
  • Experience in automotive, auction, or sales environments is a bonus
