Job Description
The Marketing Associate role at DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation is a full-time, on-site position based in Mount Pleasant, PA. This role concentrates on content development and multi-channel marketing for a B2B manufacturing environment, with an hourly rate of $25 and a minimum of one year of experience. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and oversee engaging content across social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website copy.
- Craft audience-focused messaging that conveys value and remains aligned with established brand voice.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and internal subject matter experts to produce accurate and impactful content.
- Translate complex technical concepts and product information into clear, accessible communications for diverse audiences.
- Optimize content for search engine optimization, user engagement, and digital performance where appropriate.
- Maintain content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- Contribute creative ideas for content campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
- Graphic design and visual content: develop graphics and assets for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools; ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Support basic video creation and editing tasks as needed.
- Website and CMS: manage and update content through the company CMS, including blog posts, landing pages, product information, and imagery.
- Ensure website content is accurate, user-friendly, and consistent with brand standards.
- Brand and campaign execution: assist in deploying marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions across multiple channels.
- Uphold consistent brand messaging, tone, voice, and visual identity across all communications.
- Marketing research and support: conduct ongoing market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities; assist with content planning, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and support marketing initiatives.
- Stay current on marketing trends and best practices, with emphasis on B2B manufacturing and industrial markets.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience.
- Passion for creating clear, compelling content that engages audiences and drives meaningful connections.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, audience-focused communications.
- Creative storyteller with solid written, visual, and digital communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
