Marketing Associate

STEVE'S AND SONS INC is hiring a Marketing Associate in San Antonio, TX (onsite) to support marketing coordination, social media content, and project communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for marketing communication with vendors, customers, partners, and internal teams
• Share project updates, timelines, requirements, and next steps clearly and professionally
• Partner with Sales, Product, Leadership, vendors, and external partners to collect information for marketing initiatives
• Organize feedback, approvals, revisions, and project details to keep work moving forward
• Represent the company professionally in all external communications
• Write social media copy that is clear, engaging, and aligned with brand standards
• Assist with social media calendars, scheduling, and campaign planning
• Collect photos, product information, project details, and updates from internal teams for social content
• Schedule and publish social media posts as needed
• Suggest practical ideas for social content, campaigns, and customer engagement
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer on social media graphics and creative requirements
• Track marketing projects from initial request through completion
• Manage timelines, monitor deadlines, and follow up with relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate marketing material orders, including vendor quotes, proofs, production timelines, and delivery details
• Support website updates, email campaigns, product launches, sales collateral, packaging projects, and retail partner materials
• Review copy, proofs, and project details for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
• Maintain organized marketing files, order records, and project communication history

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, social media, or project coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience writing social media, email, website, or other marketing copy
• Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Comfort communicating with vendors, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, content calendars, email marketing platforms, website platforms, or project management tools (preferred)

Compensation & Employment

• Job type: Full-time
• Salary: USD 55,000 - 60,000 per year
• Location: San Antonio, TX (onsite)
