Job Description
Cantor Wolff Nicastro & Hall, LLC is seeking an Events & Referral Marketing Manager to join their Buffalo, NY team in a hybrid work arrangement. The role centers on building and executing a referral program aimed at generating high-quality case referrals through medical providers, professional relationships, and community involvement, with responsibilities that span events coordination and online reputation management. This position contributes to turning relationships into measurable growth for the firm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive referral marketing program to generate consistent, high-quality referrals through professional networks and community involvement.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with medical providers, practitioners, and other referral partners via regular outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in networking events, community activities, and firm-hosted functions to expand the referral network and strengthen brand presence.
- Identify and pursue new referral opportunities with practitioners, healthcare organizations, and local business partners.
- Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners to sustain engagement, satisfaction, and long-term relationship growth.
- Establish systems to generate, monitor, and respond to Google reviews and other online reputation channels.
- Track referral sources, partner performance, and review-generation metrics to optimize outreach strategies and return on investment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align referral initiatives with broader campaigns, branding, and firm messaging.
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff to support relationship-building and ensure a smooth experience for referral partners and their patients/clients.
- Represent the firm professionally in external interactions, upholding brand standards and reinforcing the firm’s local reputation.
- Stay informed on industry trends, local market dynamics, and best practices in referral marketing and relationship management.
- Support additional marketing initiatives and firm events as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years in referral marketing, business development, account management, or related relationship-focused roles.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with external partners or clients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in in-person networking and outreach.
- Experience planning, coordinating, or supporting events, networking functions, or community initiatives.
- Ability to track performance metrics, manage outreach pipelines, and report results.
- Highly organized with strong time management and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Work Environment
Location: Hybrid schedule combining remote work with in-office presence at the Buffalo, NY office.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Evening or weekend work is required for campaigns or firm events. When this occurs, schedules may be adjusted to preserve work-life balance.
Salary
USD 55,000 - 65,000 per year
