Job Description
Join a results‑driven enrollment marketing team in Gainesville, onsite at the University of Florida. This Email Marketing Specialist role offers a base salary of $50,000 per year and a benefits package that supports health, retirement, time off, and professional development. You will collaborate with Enrollment Management and the broader Marketing and Communications groups to engage prospective students across undergraduate, graduate, certificate, and professional programs, while upholding UF branding and messaging standards.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Enrollment Marketing and Communications team to execute the annual enrollment communications plan using CRM platforms
- Design and launch campaigns that support divisional enrollment goals and priorities
- Partner with Enrollment Management units to craft effective communication and marketing strategies that boost engagement with prospective students
- Manage email marketing initiatives, including audience segmentation, personalization, testing, scheduling, automation, and deployment
- Ensure communications align with university branding standards and messaging objectives
- Create and maintain communication templates and assets within the CRM
- Generate and maintain target audience reports and communication lists within CRM systems
- Develop audience segmentation strategies to support personalized communications
- Maintain workflows and automation processes to ensure timely and accurate outreach
- Leverage CRM functionality to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency
- Serve as a resource on CRM-related communication processes and best practices
- Use enrollment and prospect data to support strategic communications across multiple student populations
- Produce reports and audience selections to support marketing and recruitment efforts
- Assist stakeholders with CRM reporting and data requests
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain strong working relationships with partners and CRM users across Enrollment Management
- Stay current on marketing automation and digital communications trends, recommending innovative solutions
- Evaluate workflows and champion process improvements, documentation, and automation strategies
- Support additional duties and special projects aligned with divisional initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
