E-Commerce Live Streamer (Retail/Sales/Digital Marketing)

Join ZHKICKS as an entry-level E-commerce Live Streamer, hosting live sneaker sales on TikTok Shop and Whatnot. This onsite, part-time role in Woodridge, IL centers on engaging viewers in real time, driving real-time sales, and representing the brand with energy and authenticity. The position offers compensation of USD 18 - 25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Host live sneaker sale streams on TikTok Shop and Whatnot during your shift.
• Present products with energy and clarity, covering sizing, condition, story, and styling to spark buyer interest.
• Drive real-time sales by creating urgency, running promotions, and reacting to chat responses live.
• Maintain a quick pace to keep viewers engaged and prevent dead air.
• Read and respond to live chat continuously, calling out viewers by name/handle, answering questions, and keeping the session interactive.
• Build genuine relationships with regular viewers so they return for your streams.
• Represent the ZHKICKS brand voice: fun, authentic, and approachable, without scripting or flat delivery.
• Manage difficult or negative comments with composure while staying upbeat.
• Learn ZHKICKS inventory, including sizing, brands, and current sneaker and streetwear trends.
• Collaborate with the picker/packer/restocker on your shift to keep product moving smoothly through the stream.
• Stay current on TikTok trends and sneaker culture, bringing that energy to your streams.
• Coordinate with your dedicated picker, packer, and restocker to maintain inventory flow and order accuracy during live sessions.
• Communicate stock issues, popular items, or customer questions to the team in real time.
• Show up on time and stream-ready for your scheduled shift; consistency matters as much as charisma.

Requirements

• No prior streaming, sales, or warehouse experience required. This is an entry-level position.
• Outgoing, high-energy personality with genuine enthusiasm for talking to people on camera.
• Comfortable being on camera for extended periods and thinking on your feet in an unscripted, live environment.
• Interest in sneakers, streetwear, or fashion is a strong plus.
• Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to commit to a regular shift schedule.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, still-evolving startup environment.
